Self-Clamping Door Hinge and Latch Jig.
Save time and remove the guess work when installing new doors into existing frames with the Milescraft HingeJig. This self-clamping jig comes with everything needed to rout hinge and latch mortises onto new doors. The self-clamping feature holds the HingeJig in place while routing without the use of screws or nails that can leave holes in a finished door.

Create Latch Plate Mortises
- Kit includes templates to rout common door latch mortises sized 1″ x 2-1/4″, 1-1/8″ x 2-1/4″, and 1-1/8″ x 2-3/4″
Built in Depth Setting
- Set router bit depth with built-in depth setting gauge for smaller or larger size door hinges
Self-Guided Router Bit
- Includes custom router bit with ball bearing to cut clean and smooth door hinge mortises
Built-in Storage
- Contains built in storage compartments for router bit and available self-centering hinge bit (not included) for convenient retrieval
